62. Mexican President Vicente Fox offered Shrub a ride on one of his horses and Shrub refused

After that Fox referred to Shrub as a "windshield cowboy".

All hat, no cattle perfectly described Shrub. He was born and educated in New England, and spent his summers on the Bush compound in Kennebunkport, Maine. Anyone who is actually from Texas can tell he's a phony from his fake accent alone.
