Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi becoming the new Anita Bryant over gay marriage [View all]

Florida is now the 3rd most populated state in the US. She really needs to get over it and embrace diversity and equality, and move on into the 21st century.

First, we had to deal with Anita Bryant with Save our Children in 1977. Now we are dealing with an overzealous attorney general who simply proves that time does not change. Almost 40 years since Anita Bryant started her outrageous campaign, we are experiencing déjà vu.

My advice to the attorney general is for her to get a life. She should involve herself in matters of state that need attention. Why should she care? She is going down the same way Anita Bryant did. It is only a matter of time. Instead of moving up in the political world, she will be long forgotten.
