43. I see you decided to repeat a bullshit story of Obama "disrupting" a vet wedding.

I see from posts up the thread like #29 (thank God for DUers like PotatoChip and Raine1967), you left out the part that the couple knew from the beginning they might have to move to an alternate location ( and thus planned for it, hence no "disruption&quot and that they liked their new location better (had picturesque ocean views--better for wedding photos, and no one yelling "Fore!&quot and were delighted with the President's call, saying it was "perfect."

The President did not "disrupt" their wedding in any negative way, he made it "much prettier" and unforgettable. In other words, he made it better. The headline should be "Vet bride and groom delighted by call from Obama."

But alas, Obama's folks can't tell journalists how to write their stories. Nor can they stop internet posters from repeating those bullshit stories.
