After he heard they had to change venue, he called to apologize if they were inconvenienced, because he is a decent human being. Turns out they weren't inconvenienced, and his call made their day.

He did not know there was a wedding when he called for a tee time. The decision to move venue was the golf course manager's, and was done without Obama's knowledge, as the above links confirm.

You really are trying too hard.
