1. He didn't finish the Iraq war (....I count that as being smart enough to know Iraq was a boondoggle).
2. Failed to live up to the legacy of Regan.
3. Failed to connect with the average American...but it wasn't his fault. (Bullshit IMHO).
4. Father of one (God help us if its two) President.
5. Someone who liked sky diving.
There isn't any ratings for GWHB...so it will come and go as fast as watching a Rose Parade float in person.
