That she chose to highlight her son's use of a "lesser" creature as his "steppingstone" in acquiring his goals is the perfect metaphor for the RW mindset of acquiring their goals on the backs of those they deem less worthy than themselves.

Truly illustrates how clueless the woman is that she overlooked the real truth in her attempt at being wise.
