Former TSA head, Kip Hawley, was just on CBS Morning calling for a complete revamp [View all]
Based on what I heard, I would guess he has the support of some current TSA officials and is their mouthpiece.
His basic premise is that he wants to do real security instead of pointless pat downs and snipe hunts for tiny folding knives and knitting needles.
He's also promoting a book.
I'm posting this here to ask what you would suggest we do with/for/about/instead of TSA.
For the record, I have been opposed to Security Theater 3000™ since the first day it started.
