48. Partisan rhetoric is not treason

your notion of partisan deference is a fairy tale. Go back and look at politics in the 1800's. Go look at how Lincoln was vilified. Go look at the machine politics of NYC or Chicago and the campaigns they ran. If anything, politics are a hell of a lot more polite then they were in the past.
