Privacy advocates are pitching a fit and FOIing such broad requests that it is creating such an expense for the PDs to review the videos, redact the portions they're not allowed to release (criminal history radio traffic, juvenile and sex crime victim information, etc), that police departments are scrapping the programs. They simply can't afford the staff it takes to review the videos being mass requested.
