Or what the state lawmakers pass into law. Make no mistake, police have operated in the shadows, ducked public oversight, denied truth, and abused power for so long that they will be fighting tooth and nail to maintain status quo. ..Interesting it isn't too much work to sort through miles of traffic footage to find yellow light violations and send out $50 tickets...
