27. Either the process of fracking is wrong or the rules are not followed, may be a little of both.

I have apprehensive of the tracking process from the start and either it is going to be banned or the process will change to prevent results of earthquakes. Perhaps tracking can work in areas where there are not any faults but it does not end well in some places.
