wrong to do that and a very sneaky way of accusing someone of something they cannot answer.

I heard him deny the charges, and for now, I believe him.

We have a system here where an accused is entitled to face their accusers although there are those even on this site, who do not agree with our system of due process.

He eg, cannot sue this woman because of how the accusation was made.

That is just wrong.

So far, he is innocent as far as I am concerned.

On the torture issue, he is guilty of helping to destroy the very system he will now need to defend HIMSELF.

Ironic, isn't it? You never know when your support for ignoring our system of Due Process can back to bite you.

I hope this helps him to understand the importance of upholding our pretty good system of laws.
