5. Police have a license to kill whether warranted or not. It seems like it didn't use to be

like that. There was Internal Affairs to determine if it were a "good shoot" or not. Cops were known to plant guns if the victim was unarmed and they used deadly force. Didn't want it to look like it was.. murder.

Now in recent years it's all but impossible to indict a cop.. what the hell happened?

We all know Darren Wilson and Daniel Pantaleo should have been indicted for killing Michael Brown and Eric Garner.. Will Timothy Loehmann be indicdted for killing Tamir Rice.
