1. In that case, should every be EXEMPT, or should everyone be AFFILIATED?

I adopt no religion, so I accept no dogma that is some form promotes murder or oppression.

I don't say that any religious adherent is responsible for the extremists who share their religion, but I think religious adherents of all faiths should reflect on why they adopt a religion that has elements of "God's inspired word" that endorses things they find repugnant.
