Edmonton and Calgary Refineries do process this stuff into Gasoline and Diesel. BTW,lots of the Waxy Crude and Tar Sand Crude from Utah is Railed to these Refineries until the Salt Lake City four Refineries are up to speed to handle this stuff. If you want a real read on the ownership of the Salt Lake City Refineries just Google the companies.
