30. The ball clearly hit the ground

came out of the runner's hands and squirts up into the air before he grabs it again. There were no obvious football moves after the catch that would have demonstrated control. The little bit of stretching he did was not enough to demonstrate control. The ruling on the field was correctly reversed.
