Of course it means tax cuts for the ruling class and no hammock for all the poor to relax in and have the government give them luxurious benefits like free food, free health insurance, free housing and whatever else they need to live.

Tax cuts tax cuts tax cuts tax cuts tax cuts tax cuts tax cuts, oh, and toss in another war too.
