3. you want to purchase an issue? I just read on DU that a small batch is on its way to the US.

I don't know where in the US, though. But if you want to buy a copy or a subscribe, you probably will have to contact the publication's office. This particular edition will no doubt sell out, though, even though they ran far more than usual.
