Marijuana costs $400 dollars?
Kids are getting drunk on something other than over-the-counter alcohol because they can't afford pot? How the hell does that make any sense? Shouldn't you be blaming alcohol prohibition for everyone under 21? What the hell does pot have to do with getting drunk?
