fault that families get "busted" up?
I can't believe that any self-professed Christian would want another human being to be abused, cheated upon, witness to child abuse or a myriad of other reasons families "bust" up.
When divorce first became less frowned upon, many women left abusive and cheating husbands. I realize that, now, other less hurtful and/or life-threatening things are cited for divorce, but the "busting" up of families started when women could financially get away from abusive husbands (and I'm sure it works the other way around in some cases, too).
Oh... and one more thing. Humans didn't have houses when God first created them - they lived in a garden. How can my God-given role be as a housewife when there were no houses to wife in.
