40. Hippos can sprint as fast as an elephant

No way would a person be able to out run a Hippo sprinting at them on land unless
there was already a good distance between them.

An elephant would not tire like a hippo so they would eventually run you down where
a hippo you do have a chance of out running it if the distance is on your side.

Both animals can sprint between 25 to 30 miles an hour same as 1000 pound grizzly
