IF Wyoming ever was ‘The Equality State’ and the state motto is ‘Equal rights.’ it didn't stay that way for long. This Bill is no surprise and basically puts them on record for legalizing what they already get away with and have for quite some time. Besides, they're still pissed about all the trouble the Matthew Sheppard incident caused for them.
