Third party advocacy is specifically mentioned in DU's TOS. The poster is promoting a party that will be running against Democrats in 2016.
You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Fri Jan 16, 2015, 04:10 PM, and the Jury voted 2-5 to LEAVE IT.
Juror #1 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: Directly violates DU TOS. Hide it and send to MIRT so the poster can go to SU.. Not the first time this poster has done this sort of thing.
Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Get a grip, alerter!
Juror #3 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: What the hell? If supporting unions is against the TOS (which the Socialist party does) then half, if not more of the people on DU would be banned.
This looks like an alert intended to shut down conversation and dialogue. Third-way bullshit, to be sure.
Juror #4 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #5 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Read the TOS again: "During the ups-and-downs of politics and policy-making, it is perfectly normal to have mixed feelings about the Democratic officials we worked hard to help elect. When we are not in the heat of election season, members are permitted to post strong criticism or disappointment with our Democratic elected officials, or to express ambivalence about voting for them."
Post should stand.
Juror #6 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: Agree with alerter.
Juror #7 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: you have got to be kidding me. An alert on this? Change the page or go to another website thin skin.
