...who could face an inflationary market, driven by opportunistic and predatory taxes.
I like the potential for cheaper weed and have just a modicum of sympathy for growers who undoubtedly anticipated getting rich.
(not presently a smoker, until legalization comes to my state and my job won't can me for a positive drug test)

Yes, but specifically legal Oregon Marijuana will be taxed lower by a large margin than Washington.
