46. Why would you be looking for reasons to charge him with anything?

He did nothing illegal before the cops arrived, then defended himself against intruders who knocked his door in. Such is the risk of no-knock raids. Sometimes you get the wrong house. Sometimes the people who get raided are the victims of set ups like this guy seems to be. Such people have no expectation of police kicking in their doors, and therefore are more inclined to defend their selves from intruders, regardless of who they claim to be. After all, who would be kicking your door in if you hadn't done anything wrong?

Seems you're all hopped up about getting this guy thrown in jail, yet you have no concern about over-aggressive and irresponsibly policing. Very telling.
