That's what I thought about the rest of them.
Third Amendment – Protection from quartering of troops.
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

I know it's a stretch...
but the Foreclosure SNAFU seems to argue differently.
The foreclosure troops are not soldiers, but the enforcement comes from those militarily trained...
