By the Republican AG who postpones executions to attend campaign events, or maybe the Florida Legislature that has a huge Republican majority, or maybe the Florida Supreme Court will demand action (after 20 years of Republican appointments). Uh-huh, all that will happen.

Say he did get removed, there is probably the next Republican Governor sitting in the Lt. Governor seat.
