She graduated from Stanton High School honored as the valedictorian of her class.

That is the source of the Wikipedia article information on this part of her education.

It's a public school nowadays - http://iowa.hometownlocator.com/schools/profiles,n,stanton%20high%20school,z,51573,t,pb,i,1043088.cfm and http://www.usnews.com/education/best-high-schools/iowa/districts/stanton-comm-school-district/stanton-high-school-7797 - I guess somebody needs to check that this was the case when she attended.

Just try not to hand her more publicity by making allegations that will crumble under scrutiny.

Anyone interested could also take a look at the Wikipedia Talk page for her: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Joni_Ernst

Here's one snippet:

Also, Stanton High School presently has a graduating class of ~32 [2] and was likely much smaller yet at the time of her graduation -- this fact provides more clarity to her well-reported "Valedictorian" status.

I don't know whether she makes a big deal herself of being valedictorian. Sounds like her campaign hasn't released a lot of info about her schooling - maybe there's not much to say beyond the breadbag thing.
