215. You don;t have to hurt someone to be charged with assault

Even aggravated assault. Even attempted murder. You have to have the intent mad the attempt to harm someone.

If I say to you, as you're standing in front of my car, "Get the hell out of my way or I'm going to run you over and kill your ass," and you don't move, and then I gun the engine and drive toward you, guess what that is? Aggravated assault. Even if you jump out of the way and don't even break a nail.

He threatened to kill people after driving -- twice -- down a street filled with festival goers. We already know he drove aggressively enough to run over someone's foot. If he was on any type of meds...

I don;t know the facts, and the defenders on this thread aren't being too forthcoming. I'm not jumping on the FREE LARSGARD! bandwagon until I know more. The guy sounds like a creep with anger problems who likes to threaten people and stalk teen girls.
