and Fox can never guarantee Republican control, but they can nudge things to the right and, combined with other conditions such as gerrymandering and which seats are up for reelection, they can sometimes make a difference.
Just because they don't always win total control doesn't mean that they have no effect. No one is claiming that.
You're contending that the media has no effect and that propaganda doesn't work. Most people would disagree.
