107. This year, again, we are hosting Le Super Bowl.

A feast of heavy, animal fat laden French food. Cassoulet, duck fat potatoes, potato leek soup and maybe a veg might find the plate. Rich enough to make Julia Child cry uncle.

Might swap out onion soup for potato leek because of all the starches. But I'm Irish, dammit. I have to go argue with my wife.

Wine? Yes, there will be wine. Hoping to plate right at half, let me watch last 5 min.

I love Le Super Bowl.
