Almost contrived and coasting to the anointed win, while Hogan had backing by Koch funded ads which got the redneck vote out. All I could do is watch and SMH. Had Brown taken him on directly and forcefully I think the results would have been very different.

The biggest untruth he ran on was what they called the 'rain tax' which is really about water quality of the Chesapeake Bay, forcing developers to control runoff. The rednecks who will vote against anything called a tax lapped it up.
