3. As much as I loathe the stupid waiter subminimum wage, "Claudia's" problem is a shitty boss.

Even when the minimum wage laws are fixed to remove the $2.13 rate, shitty bosses will still do illegal things like docking the worker for the unpaid tab, forcing workers to put in "off the clock" labor, etc.

It's long past time for a new labor movement in this country.
