11. I'm sick of it, and the excuses men make.

If someone's drunk enough to almost be ready to pass out, it's time to take that person home and make sure the person is safe and can sleep off the over-consumption. In fact, it's best if you make sure someone is there to watch the person to make sure they don't fall and hurt themselves.

People who are intoxicated to that degree cannot give consent. They might not fight you off, but that's not consent. As a man, if a woman I'm around gets too drunk, I will make sure she's safe and protected from assholes, even if she's not someone I know well. In my youth, there were often parties in the house I lived in. Often, people would get way drunker than they should. I always made sure that they were safe, comfortable, covered up with a blanket, and had something to barf in. I was never drunk enough not to do that in my house.

Nobody was ever going to get sexually assaulted if I was around. I'd never be able to forgive myself if that happened where I lived. People who take advantage of intoxicated women are rapists. I dislike rapists very much. I think they should be in prison.
