...send Obama a bill he can sign that will re-establish what was intended in the first place

OR

... take the blame for all those who lose their subsidies.

OR those Red states who are affected could either establish their own exchanges as originally intended, OR, again, take the blame for what happens if they don't.

I don't see Obama or the Dems coming out badly on any of this.
