include the well-being of its workers. That is profit. Instead most businesses see workers as part of their overall costs. I don't know if I said that the right way but this way profit is seen as for the common good. The part of the income that is used for the well-being of the workers and their families should be tax exempt.

Crazy idea - maybe.
