I think Dana Perino is probably one of the mean ones too, but not in the same way as Carlson and Crowley. With Perino it's perhaps closer to arrogance, aloofness. There's not this ongoing, non-stop, grinding sense of "GRRRRRRRRR" that Crowley has.
