That way you function from a place of emotion, rather than a place of rationality.
This makes you more susceptible to wily charms of their advertisers.

Don't bother email Andrea or anyone else, because that just validates that they got through to you, and that it worked. Best just to turn off the TV machine, and don't give it that kind of power over you...
