UPS says it has a copyright on the color brown. [View all]

Here is the UPS notice I just got ( about an incoming shipment):

UPS, the UPS brandmark, and the color brown are trademarks of United Parcel Service of America, Inc.

does that mean all brown eyed people are owned by UPS??????
