From the article linked:

"Marino has said previously that he wanted to impeach the Democratic Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid."

Had he actually read the constitution he would know that statement was purely ignorant. No member of Congress can be impeached. A house of Congress is empowered to expel a member upon a 2/3 vote, but no Congressman or Senator can be impeached or recalled.
