As much as I despise them, as biased as they may be, they do qualify as the press. As such they should be free from government interference.

Besides, the premise in your first answer is flawed. Fox may be alone among the major American media organizations to show the video, but it's readily available though plenty of other smaller media organizations and international organizations. If the government were given the power to censor major media sites, how long would it take them to start censoring small sites posting less horrific bits of video.
