American media company worldwide is just the unfortunate price of free speech?

Tell that to the next terrorist group or nation America is at war with and they produce a video of a burned alive American fighter pilot.

Add to the vile Fox mix the usual racism.

Why not post the whole gallery of ISIS execution videos, full length?

Would that be good also, it would have to be to protect free speech?

I think there is an "aiding and abetting an enemy" exception to the first amendment.

"On Twitter, accounts associated with Isis supporters are sharing the video via the links to the Fox News site. One account, which regularly posts pro-Isis slogans and updates about Islamic State ‘victories’ in battle, tweeted boastfully that “Whoever is looking for the al-Furqan version [of the video], here it is and it cannot be deleted because it is on an American network.”

Al-Furqan is Isis’ media outlet.
