And yes, Bobbi has, in fact, inherited everything that was Whitney's intent to go to her. She has received a part, and another was to be released to her part four years from now and the rest five years thereafter. But it's all hers now. Just because a majority of it was put in trust doesn't change that.
Whitney's estate has been executed. Once Bobbi dies, whether that happens now or if a miracle should happen and she recovers (which she won't) and lives many more years, it will be her estate that the courts will have to make decisions about, not Whitney's. Whitney's estate is over and done with.
