on this board, and I will admit to a certain softness in my heart for LEOs. But when is the last time anyone saw a video of an arrest where the officers involved were not shouting "STOP RESISTING" at people who had already been proned out and subdued?
Hell, if suspects are actively resisting, officers don't waste a lot of breath yelling at them to quit; they're too busy trying to get them under control. This is bullshit.
