She did change her last name to sound more western and uses her middle name Mindy (I read what her first name was and it is something very traditional). If she doesn't want to talk about race issues people should leave her the fuck alone. She wants to concentrate on her show and people should respect her for that. I don't know a lot about her, but she seems very nice. And she's hot too
