I think AZ was on the front line of ed reform if I'm not mistaken. Like Florida they use terms that keep the public in the dark about what is really going on.
Rick Scott was getting away with claiming he had raised the amount going to public schools, but then people started pointing out that was after he cut over a billion.

Why not just skip the middle man and give money and curriculum control directly to Churches? Like they do in Saudi Arabia?
