19. This makes sense, but why are those CT "IRS lien" idiots still calling me then?

Every time a new 203 area code calls me I answer, say "This is an IRS scam and I am not a moron stop calling me" then block it but new ones keep calling. Been going on a couple weeks.

Luckily I know no-one in the 203 area code or I may have been inadvertently rather rude to them....
