Other than debt repayment, and that onerous terms on the 99%, like wage reduction, were imposed on Greece by agreement with previous governments. The current government wants to renegotiate those terms. Did those terms include stopping tax evasion?
My understanding is that most of the cheating is done by the well off, as it is in America, and I'd imagine that the new government will do what it reasonably can.
