10. I'm not heartless and can appreciate that this is an emergency and terrible situation

Maybe emergency officials should spend more time planning for weather disasters that are likely to happen in the region and less time and money arming their police officers as though they were an army to serve drug warrants. Plan for emergencies and react accordingly.

I went through a week long ice storm and had enough. I truly do feel sorry for you, but each area of the country comes with it's share of problems. I also appreciate and understand that not everyone can move on a whim to someplace where the weather is nicer most of the year.
