I also think it was a much bigger and more difficult job than he imagined and he did the best he could to help people where he could. Eisenhower wasn't joking around about the MIC, and the billionaires are not willingly sharing the wealth. It is going to take a lot more than one person in an oval office to make the changes we need in this country.
